Proposal of Decision-making Model Using the DeLone and McLean's Information System Success Model Together with the AHP
Original language description
The focus of the paper is to present an evaluation of a proposed decision-making model concept. The concept takes into account the quality of a currently used information system's subsystem (the Business Intelligence subsystem in our case), as it is perceived by its current users. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) multi-criteria decision making method is used to support the concept with a hierarchical decision criteria structuring framework. A selected part of the DeLone and McLean's (D&M) information system success assessment model is used for the determination of appropriate criteria (success factors). The D&M model is composed of information system quality assessment dimensions. These dimensions represent a solid base for surveying information system's users according to their perception of key information system performance aspects.
