Original language description
Managerial simulation games represent innovative teaching tool for the course Economics and Management. Games are based on experiential and interactive teaching. Using managerial simulation games by university teachers of economic branches supports students' innovative thinking and creativity. The games form interactive learning environment, which in educational process enables to realize experiments in real time impracticable. Through own experience students acquire knowledge and skills from the field of strategy decision-making in economics and management. The paper points out the benefits arising from using managerial simulation games in teaching process at the university. The benefits evaluation was verified by research probe. Selected sample was represented by the students of master degrees study, study program Economics and Management.
