    Even in the modern era of data management and processing, it is good to try to revise older data modeling solutions because traditional data sources are still frequently used in the company decision-making as a part of the Business Intelligence system usage. This paper presents an evaluation of an alternative solution to the design and implementation of rapidly changing business dimensions&apos; property storage, which are commonly stored in a data mart. The solution is based on the application of the principles of a novel data modeling approach called the Anchor Data Modeling in the field of the design and implementation of a multidimensional data model. The approach is evaluated mainly from the SQL query execution performance perspective on a sample of 10 queries. The results show that the implementation of the approach had certain positive as well as negative impacts on the query execution performance and several other benefits related to the physical processing of queries in the environment of a modern relational database management system.
