The aim of this paper is to use the decision analysis for the purpose of selection of an employee of IT Department. The decision analysis is one of the methods serving for the support of managerial decision making that is used during solving problems, for which we usually make decision on the basis of several criteria. The decision analysis is one of the multi-criterial multi-purpose methods used practically in all spheres of the enterprise management.
