The paper demonstrates the new process approach to corporate governance problem. In the first part the theoretical reflection of corporate governance process modeling is presented. Afterwards the dimensions of the process framework of corporate governance are derived by deductive manner. In the next part the characteristics of models for two identified corporate governance processes are specified. In the final part the adequate conclusions for practice and for the further research are drawn.
