The paper is focused on the analysis of key value driver parameters within the value creation. Key value driver formula is used is used for the analysis, while influence of change in rate of growth, costs and sales is researched. Goal of the paper is to generally derived formulas for quantification of change in chosen value multipliers for change of these parameters. Derived formulas are applied on the specific sector of Czech industry.
