Developing and transition economies are underrepresented in the field of family business research. This absence limits the theories of family businesses, bringing them further constraints especially now, in a globalized world. The aim of the paper is to stimulate discussion and further research on family business. The means of this activation is the presentation of the project that wants to help eliminate the restrictions of this research. Last but not least, four areas is focusing on examining the impact of family representation in family businesses. The data will be obtained using the CAWI, mainly SPSS software will be used for their processing.
