An approach for creating data structure of a hierarchical competency model

  • Original language description

The article deals with the approach for creating, storing and manipulating a hierarchical competency model of a company. This approach is implemented in the ASP.Net Core web application environment. The article also describes the data model of the hierarchical competency model and the process of mapping to/from the JSON format. Techniques such as reflection, recursion, or dynamic data structures are used in the proposed approach. The article also includes an experimental verification of the proposed approach. The hierarchical competency model is used to create a general system for evaluating professional competencies of employees.
