Original language description
As a result of the Covid-19 viral disease pandemic, companies and their employees had to cope with a number of changes and people have faced new challenges, while working from home has become a pandemic phenomenon. The main aim of this article is to thoroughly analyse the experience and positive and negative aspects of home working during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021 in the Czech Republic from the employees' point of view. The partial goal is to find out how representatives of Generation Z perceive home working and process the results based on gender. The methodological procedure was that the secondary data were firstly obtained to meet the main objective by selection and content analysis of 475 quantitative and qualitative print and virtual sources published on the topic. Then an insight into these issues has been gained through survey, comparison and synthesis.
