Original language description
The content of the article is an assessment of the suitability of outsourcing selected logistics processes based on the criteria preferred by the customer. This can be achieved by applying appropriate decision support methods. In this case, it is an analysis of a multi-criteria decision-making process of the basic logistics activities, which are transportation and storage. By comparing the selected criteria, determining their weight anden arranging them from the most significant, i.e. the most preferred to the least significant, a specific variant of the outsourced activity or service is selected. At the same time, it depends on the value of the given criterion so that the logistics company ensures optimal fulfilment with regard to the perception of the customer - the decision maker. Using the resulting information, logistics companies can not only increase the level of quality of services provided to their customers, but also make appropriate innovations in the operating model of corporate outsourcing.
