The scope of ASW supporting management is very wide with respect to the number aspects influencing the success of management. However, speaking of ASW for management support in current in current context, EIS-Executive Information Sysems having been increasingly applied in companies and institutes all over the world-are undestood as application software for management support. They are especially foucused on support of managers needs. The article speaks of their principles and significance. It deals with position of EIS in information system of organizations, reasons leading to their implementation and effects resulting from such implementation.
