MORPHOLOGY AND STRUCTURE OF THE CERAMIC MATRIX FOR QUASI SOLID STATE ELECTROLYTES COMPOSITES
Original language description
Batteries with solid-state electrolytes work in high temperatures, but the electrolytes do not have good electrode interface for good performance. The quasi-solid-state electrolytes, which have the structural stability of a solid electrolyte and the wettability of a liquid electrolyte is studied. The use of inorganic fillers such as nanoclays into the polymer matrix improves the mechanical properties, thermal stability, and liquid uptake and retention. In our research, we used environmentally safe clay minerals and conductive polymer. The preliminary study containsthe morphology observation using electron microscopy tools.
