    Influence of residual stresses on welding technology, a heterogeneous reactor pressure vessel nozzle

  • Original language description

    The research was aimed on knowledge of the residual stress of heterogeneous weld nozzle of the reactor pressure vessel. Residual stresses were evaluated using the drilling method. Axial and circumferential stress values were obtained by non-uniform and integral methods. The values obtained in this way are used for further research not only in the area of welding methods design but also for analysis of residual lifetime of the structure used in nuclear power engineering.
