Fast biowaste aerobic fermentation using EWA technology in Thailand
Original language description
Thailand has really serious problem with waste management. If we look only at the municipal solid waste production more than 15 million tons per year (2014) tell us there is small space for access style to technologies such as "People first, than technology" or "Easy as much as we can". Thailand needs robust waste management technologies both large scale for municipalities and small scale for rural areas. Aerobic fermentation (composting) and anaerobic digestion (biogas production) can be chosen as twomain approaches for biowaste processing. In western practice both approaches are combined very often.
