Original language description
The article describes the monitoring of the process of anaerobic digestion utilizing the selected variable describing the process, namely hydrogen concentration. Monitoring was performed for 285 days under the laboratory conditions in a Terrafors bioreactor. The presented values show the results of the mesophilic fermentation of food remnants from the university canteen.
