Study of transport phenomena using the surface plasmon resonance method
Original language description
This paper describes the study of transport of substances in solutions through membranes of both natural (plant cuticle Ficus elastica) and synthetic origin (PES membrane). The core of the work is focused on the development and testing of a new method for the determination of membrane permeability with SPR detection via a uniquely defined flow cell. The results confirm the applicability of a new method for measuring permeability of membranes with SPR detection for various permeants and synthetic and natural membranes.
