A comparative study of photocatalytic activities for h2 production and CO2 reduction of differently synthesized TiO2 photocatalysts
Original language description
Příspěvek z konference SPEA11, Turín, Itálie, konané ve dnech 7.-10. 6. 2022TiO2 is the most investigated photocatalyst and the commercial TiO2 P25 is regarded as standard for comparison. There are many different preparation methods of TiO2 utilizing different precursors. These methods lead to different physico-chemical properties of resulting material and most importantly to a different phase composition which might lead to a significantly varying photocatalytic activity. This work is focused on a comprehensive investigation of several preparation methods of TiO2 with various precursors and their final photocatalytic activity toward reduction of CO2 and water splitting. This abstract presents preliminary results, however, it is already important to mention all prepared materials have higher photocatalytic activity then commercial TiO2 P25.
