Copper-nickel deoxygenation catalysts Part I: Reducibility and surface area
Original language description
The results were presented at the Europacat2023 conference in Prague (27.8.-1.9.2023) as a poster presentation.Copper-nickel catalysts represents a catalytic system suitable for converting of biomass-derived feedstocks into sustainable chemicals or biofuels. The advantage of the transitional metals is, besides their affordable price, the ease of the preparation, possibility to prepare different bimetallic compositions having diverse interactions with the support and, thus, different reducibility and metal dispersion resulting in tunability of their catalytic properties.
