Temperature Influence On Utilization Percentage Of Output Products During Coal Pyrolysis And Comparison With Equilibrious Model
Original language description
The article deals with utilization percentage of output products from coal pyrolysis with the aim to increase volume of gas fraction by change of process temperature. Experiments were executed at three various temperatures of 500, 600, and 700°C, in three-spiral converter of Pyromatic pyrolysis unit. It was proved by experimental tests that volume of gas fraction increases on base of temperature increase at the expense of left products. In the article, the obtained measured results from semi-operationalequipment are compared with an equilibrious model that was created on base of Aspen Plus program. The aim of the article is to introduce Aspen Plus software from the point of its utilization for prediction of individual products distribution from largepyrolysis equipment.
