Analysis and simulation of PEM fuel cell with interleaved soft switch boost converter for stand-alone load conditions

  • Original language description

the fuel cells are deliberated as one of the most favourable devices for isolated/grid connected distributed generations (DGs) due to its cleanliness, modularity and higher potential capability. To reduce the cost of the testing, analysis and simulationis carried out in Matlab/Simulink by modeling of PEM Fuel cell with interleaved converters. This paper deals with the analysis and simulation of PEM fuel cell with interleaved boost converter for stand-alone load conditions. PEM fuel cells are presentlythe foremost technology for light duty vehicles and material handling vehicles. Fuel cell portable power generation are one of the best solutions to recommend the clean-energy technology. The output of the PEM fuel cell is connected to the load through the power converter to regulate the output voltage. The conventional boost converter still injects current harmonics into the PEM fuel cell. These current harmonics can cause lengthy period harm to the PEM fuel cell. In order to reduce thi
