New release of HyperQueue, the HPC-optimized task runtime. It contains various new features that were inspired by requirements of the LIGATE and MaX projects.Open jobs - HQ jobs can now be modified after being created, which makes it easier to execute dynamic and iterative task graphs.Worker streaming - I/O streaming has been moved from the server to workers, which improves its scaling and increases robustness.Server resilience - The HQ server is now resilient. It can write its state to a journal file on disk, and then restore its state from the journal. This is useful e.g. in the case of server crash or login node reboots.Fractional resource requirements - Task resource requirements can now be specified using fractional numbers.Execution in cloud environments - HQ is now easier to deploy e.g. on a cloud partition of an HPC cluster.
