The objective of our work to describe the photophysical properties of the sensitizers TPPS4, ZnTPPS4 a PdTPPS4 and above all the complexes of these sensitizers with cyclodextrin carriers HP-a-CD, HP-b-CD and HP-g-CD in a suitable environment for the cultivation of cancerous cell lines, and to determine the optimal radioactive conditions for maximizing photodynamic effects in cancerous cells.

Czech description
Cílem naší práce je popsat fytofyzické vlastnosti znecitlivujících prostředků TPPS4, ZnTPPS4 a PdTPPS4 a zejména pak celky, které tyto látky tvoří s nosiči cyklodextrinu HP-a-CD, HP-b-CD a HP-gCD v prostředí příznivém pro kultivaci rakovinných buněčnýchřad, a také stanovit optimální radioaktivní podmínky pro maximalizaci fotodynamických vlivů v rakovinných buňkách.
