    Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a treatment for cancer involving three key componenets : sensitizer, light and tissue oxygen.A sensitizer is a chemical compound that can be excited by light of a specific wavalenght. In addition, the viability studies showed that G361 melanoma cells and MCF7 breast adenocarcinoma cells were more sinsitive than NIH3T3 mouse fibroblasts and B16 mouse melanoma to photodynamic damage induced by C1A1PcSě.

    Fotodynamická terapie nádorů zahrnuje tři klíčové komponenty : sensitizer, světlo a kyslík ve tkáni. Sensitizer může být excitován světlem příslušné vlnové délky. Bylo hodnoceno fotodynamické poškození na buněčných liniích NIH3T3, B16, MCF a G361. Nejcitlivější na fotodynamické působení byly linie G361 a MCF7.
