A 63-year-old man with progressive enlargement of distal aortic arch aneurysm, common carotid trunk, rettoesophageal right subclavian artery originating from the aneurysm sac, and CAD. He underwent a successful distal aortic arch replacement, right aortosubclavian bypass and CABG to LAD and diagonal branch.

Autoři prezentují kazuistické sdělení nemocného se symptomatickým aneurysmaterm distální části aortálního oblouku a retroesofageálním průběhem a.subclavia I.dx (a.lusoria). U nemocného byla provedena náhrada oblouku protézou a provostranný aortosubklaviální bypass.
