Un homme âgé do 73 ans, avec antécédent de karcinome de la vessie a présenté un mélanome conjonctival traité par exér?se chirurgicale. Le bilan d´extension a révélé des métastases pulmonaires. Devant le kontexte de métastases pulmonaires associées ? deuxtumeurs primitives, une biopsie a été réalisée révélant un karcinome bronchique épidermo?de. Cette observation souligne I´importance d´une vérification histologique chez les patiens prezentant un mélanome conjonctival et des métastases précoces
