The results of this study did not reveal any iodine defi cit in any of the patients. However 14 patients had elevated TSH levels signalling subclinical or incipiently clinical hypothyroidism. These pacients underwent levothyroxine therapy after endocrinologist?s consultations.

Czech description
Tato studie neodhalila jodový deficit u žádné t těhotných. Avšak u 14 těhotných zvýšené hladiny TSH upozornily na subklinický nebo incipientní hypothyropidismus. Po endokrinologické konzultaci byla podána u těchto žen léčba levothyroxinem.
