Original language description
The average sleep duration in general nurses working in shifts was 6,49 hours and the average sleep duration in ggeneral nurses working only morning shifts 6,88 hours. The results of the resarch indicate that the group of general nurses working in shifts has a significantly higher rate of sleep disorders and higher rate of anxiety symptoms compared to the control group.
