    The famous music collection of the Olomouc bishop Karl Liechtenstein-Castelcorno (1664-1695) was made by the tompeter, composer and maestro of the bishop´s chapel Pavel Vejvanovský (1639-1693). The book describes the life and work of this composer and the activities of the bishop´s musicians in the church and in the castle. All that is dicussed on the background of other music institution in Moravia in the second half of the 17. century.
