    Climate Change: A Developing Country Perspective

    This article looks at the issue of climate change from a developing country perspective and develops an outline of a win-win-oriented climate policy around development priorities. Authors argue, that eeveloping countries need green development, not emission cuts, to fight climate change. The article deals with the attitude towards climate change in developing countries, is setting out development framework and gives recommendations for the international negotiations.
