Workshop in the field of social, work and psychology of management. The theme was concerned on the psychological explication of mobbing as a subtle form of bullying in the workplace. The chosen theme was challenging for the postgraduate students of management and sociology. Their critical discussion was focused on the issues of prevention of mobbing in the context of high unemployment and also preventing of psychological and other consequences of this form of bullying.
