Original language description

The paper is focused on analyzing representations of gay, lesbian and bisexual identities in Czech fictional series (90's of 20th century till now). The text describes and demonstrates various types of representations of alternative sexual minorities anddescribes also the social, media and political background of those minority representations in Czech and foreign televisions. Among other things the author points out a stupor and conservativeness of Czech representations which are comparable with American and British minority representations in the late 80's of 20th century. The discourse analysis is used as a method of analyzing the material.
