Original language description
This paper deals with the impact of socio-political changes that occurred as a consequence of the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy on the interlinkage in a concrete engineering company and the structure of its management. The owners managed to maintain the previous linkage between the management based in Vienna and the individual subsidiaries located throughout the monarchy and even though the branches can be found in various countries, the owners managed to harmonize all the steps the company made including the introduction and implementation of technical novelties and the exchange of information.
