The aim of the study is a presentation of new information on the Italian opera singers in Moravia in the Baroque period based on yet unknown sources: librettos, scores, archival sources and civic registers. Discussed are both members of opera companies in the municipal theater in Brno at the time of impresarios Angelo Mingotti, Filippo Neri del Fantasia and Alessandro Manfredi, as well as artists working in the services of Olomouc bishop Wolfgang Hannibal Schrattenbach. Includes a table summarizing performed operas, singers and their roles.
