Second Olomouc Religious Studies Conference is organised by the Department of Sociology, Andragogy and Cultural Anthropology of the Faculty of Arts of the Palacký University Olomouc under the auspices of Czech Association. The conference takes place on September 20-21 2017 in Arts centre of the Palacký University Olomouc in Olomouc, Czech Republic. This annual of the conference is divided into two thematic section: Interdisciplinary Section on Magic and Witchcraft and General Section of Religious Studies. The objective of religious studies conference is to stimulate discussion among scholars representing different theoretical views within the academic study of religion, magic and witchcraft. The conference was opened by the speech of the rector of the Palacky University. More than 70 scholars and students attended the conference within two days.
