Original language description
The conference took place under the auspices of Prof. PhDr. Jiří Lach, Ph.D., M.A., Dean of the Faculty of Arts, and it was intended for the members of academic staff, university students and other experts as well as businesspeople. This year’s topic of “people in economics - decisions, behavior and normative models“ was chosen to inspire a debate on the role of people in the design of formal models in economics and finance, in the building of economical and managerial theory and its verification and in the practical applications of economic models in real-life decision making. The conference invited all researchers and practitioners dealing with these issues, as well as all the experts from various fields of science interested in economical topics to participate in this event and thereby to join the discussion. The participants of the conference presented the subject from many different and very interesting points of view.
