Original language description
The topic of present study is the funding of secondary education. It presents the results of research undertaken at secondary grammar schools in the region of Zlín in the Czech republic. It firstly provides basic facts of school funding in the Czech Republic, consequently explains both former and current central funding formulas used to allocate funding for teaching costs to be able to present a comprehensive analysis of the data concerning both methods. Finally, the results are compared and evaluated.
