The measures aimed at limiting the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic have suddenly altered theworking conditions of many individuals in terms of their working hours and locations. This has resulted in a risein the utilization of flexible forms of work, particularly home office work, among knowledge workers. The aim ofthis paper is to map out the basic categorization of job performance that is necessary for further research on jobperformance, and to present relevant studies that focus on researching the topic of flexible forms of work andtheir relationship to job performance
