This study presents a quantitative analysis of Vladimir Putin's public speeches from 1999 to 2024, based on a corpus of approximately 1.75 million words sourced from official Kremlin archives. Utilizing computational linguistic methods - specifically hierarchical cluster analysis, keyword extraction via the TF*IDF metric, and temporal trend analysis - the research systematically explores the evolution of Putin’s rhetorical style and thematic content. The paper identifies eight distinct thematic clusters within Putin’s rhetoric, alongside significant stylistic and thematic shifts occurring notably around 2012 in connection with his return to the presidency. The analysis reveals a clear correlation between linguistic patterns and key historical and political milestones, such as the conflicts in Chechnya and Ukraine or the annexation of Crimea, documenting how his discourse adapts to changing political circumstances and strategic objectives.
