Original language description
This paper deals with the concept of the legal and non-legal responsibility, which in the constitutional law take form of the constitutional responsibility and the political responsibility. The Constitutions of the Czech Republic and of Poland have a very different apporach to this issue, which allows to show the main advantages and disadvantages of both models. The conclusion addresses the possibility and effectiveness of changes of the Czech Constitution towards the more precisely defined system of the constitutional responsibility
