Public Administration is an institutional rámcempro functioning of human society and a set of tasks for public security needs of the public. Proper performance of public administration is one of the basic assumptions and requirements for sustainable development of human society. In order to achieve sustainable development are the public administration of high demands on the quality of activities and decisions. These requirements are summarized in the concept of good governance, which in the Czech Administrative Regulations of 2004 clearly reflected in the form of codes of practice administration enshrined in the provisions of § 2-8.
