Original language description
The article analyses the decision of the Czech Constitutional Court in case Pfizer regarding the enforcement of the obligation of Czech courts of last instance to initiate the preliminary ruling procedure under art. 267 TFEU/ex 234 TEC. This enforcementis not done only through the EU law procedures but it is also fostered through the application of the right to one's statutory judge as it is guaranteed in the Czech Charter of Fundamental Rights which forms a part of the Czech Constitutional legal order.
