In this chapter, authors discuss the evolution of understandind of concept of legal pluralism in a postmodern situation. It is significantly influenced by multiculturalism and globalization. Not only different legal orders or systems overlap, but also legal and extralegal normative systems, which in effect puts concepts of unity and clarity of legal order into doubt, decreasing legal certainty and foreseeability.
