Original language description
The paper deals with the question of possibilies of administrative judicial protection against unlawful inaction of administrative bodies which was included in the Czech legal order by the Code of Administrative Justice. There are two main types of complaints which are concentrated on various forms of unlawful inactivity of public administration - complaint against inaction of administrative body and complaint against unlawful interference of administrative body. The paper is especially concentrated oninteresting or unclear aspects of both these complaints and various problems of claiming both complaints are mentioned.
