Original language description

The paper is focused on the current legal system of judicial control of administrative bodies'acts in the Czech Republic. The current model is based on dual system, for the judicial control of the activities of public authorities in public law matters courts are responsible the administrative courts and for judicial control of the activities of public authorities in private law matters are responsible the civil courts. The author examines this legal regulation of critical analysis, especially from the perspective of Article 6 of European Convention on Human Rights.
