The article called "Maintenance and support in the civil contradictory proceedings in the view of the new Civil Code" deals with some of the questions of alimony that needs to be considered in the contradictory proceedings (maintenance of an adult child,maintenance of a divorced husband, maintenance of an unmarried mother or maintenance of ascendants) in relation with the new Civil Code. The crucial issue of the article is the matter of evidence and its variations from commonly used principle to try. Smaller space is devoted to certain procedural problems in the contradictory proceedings on maintenance and support and also to the specifics of the costs of a family household.
