New technologies lead to a major change in the culture of learning in connection with the learning possibilities linked to them. The implementation of new technologies into language for specific purposes learning (LSP) facilitate more independence on thepart of the learner, more self-directed activities and better organization of learning processes, encourage interactive work, facilitate direct feedback, enable contents and information to be continually updated with minimum efforts, provide faster access to teaching and learning materials, provide greater opportunities for individual forms of learning, etc. Author describes innovated legal language courses developed for university students of law within the project "Complex innovation of training in legal language and enhancement of professional and language skills for practice" (INOVA; project no. CZ.1.07/2.2.00/15.0262). On this practical example the author shows how implementing new technologies and methods make LSP more effective
