New Legal regulation of admissibilty of appellative review from the view point of certiorari institute

  • Original language description

The article deals with the new legal regulation of appellative review, which entered into force on the 1st of January 2013. The new legal regulation abandoned so called diformities as condition of admisibility of appellative review and brought new conditions which could have been compared from the first sight to certiorari institute common to US legal regulation. The article proves the Czech legal regulation is different.
