    The EU-Ukraine Association Agreement as an Instrument of a New Generation of so-called "Tailored" Association Agreements: the Comparative View

    The chapter in the monograph, which was published in the renowed Cambridge Scholars Publishing, creates the main output of the research grant project Jean Monnet Multilateral Research Group (granted by European Commision), which was realised by the teamof the academics from six countries (Šišková was the editor, main author of the monograph and the coordinator of the research project). The author focuses on analysis of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and with the using of comparative legal method(especially via comparison with the previous Europe Agreements) found out the essential differences in the concept of these association instruments. It this chapter was done for the first time the definition of the entirely new legal concepts as for instance "regulátory approximation", "tailored agreements", "dynamic approximation". The great part of the publication is dedicated to the future prospects, including the proposals de lege ferenda.
