National report on the Czech republic represents the legal adoption of tenancy law in the Czech Republic. The book discuss the problemacy of housing policy from the economic, urbanistic and social context. The centerpiece represents the legal adoption oftenancy law in the Czech Republic in the past and in present times. Authors focus on the proces of concluding the rent agreement, the position of tenant, landlord and other who participate in the tenlaw market (real estate brokers, lobby groups etc.). Also subletting of rented appartement and the deposit level are mentioned. The problemacy of rent control is also marginally noted.
