Complex Relations between EU Competition and Public Procurement Law

  • Original language description

On an example of bid rigging, specifically the amount of information that the public procurement law mandates to be published with relation to a specific tender, the article argues that while pursuing the goals of public procurement, i.e. transparency and public control, the aims of competition law may be jeopardised, as the information published may be employed as a means to cartelization of bidders.
